Our payment policy:

• Enrollment for a course does not constitute a guarantee of successful course completion.  Successful course completion is subject to the course requirements as established by the American Heart Association.
• Payment is due at the time of scheduling.  A course enrollment confirmation will be emailed to the student once all payments have been received.
• We accept payment via cash, check, Visa/MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.  
• Payments made by credit card will include a non-refundable 3% processing fee collected at the time of payment.
• Payments returned by the bank for any reason will result in a $30 fee to be collected prior to participation in a session.

Our refund policy:

• We understand that life matters happen to everyone and emergencies do occur.  We are willing to work with you to reschedule if necessary, however, your time is valuable and so is ours.  Please be on time for your scheduled session.
• Rescheduling of a session can be accommodated without fee if requested more than 7 days prior to your session.
• Rescheduling with less than 3 days notice prior to a scheduled session is subject to a $50 charge.
• Rescheduled sessions will occur within 90 days of the original course date.
• Refunds will not be issued for cancellation within 3 days of a session.
• No refunds will be given for a no-call or no-show.
• Refunds will not be issued for course materials (i.e. course keys, textbooks, guidebooks, and equipment) that have been purchased for, ordered on behalf of, shipped to, picked up, delivered to, or opened by the student.
• Delivery times for course materials ordered on behalf of the student are subject to change due to product availability, delivery location, service hours, and shipping methods chosen by the suppliers and are beyond our control.  We will assist with ordering materials before a course begins, however, we cannot guarantee materials to arrive prior to the scheduled date of the course.  Please make the appropriate considerations while scheduling your session.
